Refund Policy

• Every paid plan starts with a 14-day free trial, so you can evaluate LeadMela before you are charged.
• Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance (Razorpay in INR, Stripe in USD). You can cancel at any time from Billing; the plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for and is not renewed.
• If you were charged by mistake — for example a duplicate charge, or a renewal you cancelled before the renewal date — contact us within 7 days of the charge and we refund it in full to the original payment method.
• Partial months and unused limits (leads, emails, AI credits) are not refunded, except where the law requires it.
• Approved refunds are issued through the original payment provider; banks usually take 5–10 business days to show them.
• Workspaces suspended for breaking the Acceptable Use Policy are not refunded.

This template must be reviewed by the platform operator before going live.
