Privacy Policy

LeadMela helps organizations find and contact businesses. This policy explains what we store and why, in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

Data we process

Account data (name, email, password hash), workspace data you add (business leads, campaign content, social posts), and publicly available business contact details collected from open map data and businesses' own websites.

Consent & opt-out

Every email includes an unsubscribe link; unsubscribes are honoured automatically. WhatsApp automation is only used for contacts who opted in, and replying STOP revokes consent.

Your rights

Workspace owners can export or delete their data at any time. Contact the workspace that messaged you to access or erase your data; contact us for account matters.

Security

Credentials for connected services are encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM), sessions are HTTP-only cookies, and two-step verification is available.

Cookies

LeadMela sets only essential cookies: your sign-in session and your chosen language and theme. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies. Campaign emails contain an open-tracking pixel and tracked links, which the sending workspace can see; payment pages are served by Razorpay or Stripe under their own cookie policies.
